Eligibility Requirements:

Refund Amount:
You will receive a full refund minus payment processing fees (3% of purchase amount). Processing fees are non-refundable as they are charged by our payment processor at the time of transaction.

Consultation Services

One-Time Consultations:

  • Non-refundable once the consultation session has been conducted

  • Full refund available if we cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice

  • Rescheduling by client requires 48-hour advance notice (no refund, session rescheduled)

Consultation Packages:

  • Refunds available only for unused sessions

  • Must be requested within 14 days of purchase

  • Once the first session is completed, remaining sessions are non-refundable

  • Prorated refund minus 3% processing fee applies to unused sessions only

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
