4. Payment Terms

Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without notice. Current prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.​

Payment Plans: If you select a payment plan option:

  • You agree to pay all installments on their due dates

  • Late payments may result in account suspension until payment is received

No Refund of Processing Fees: Payment processing fees charged by third-party processors are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, your access will be immediately revoked, and you may be banned from future purchases.​

5. Course Access and Duration

Access Period: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to purchased courses as specified at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or retire any course at our discretion.​

6. Consultation Services Terms

Scheduling: Consultation sessions must be scheduled through our booking system. You will receive a confirmation email with session details.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule consultations with at least 48 hours advance notice. Failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in forfeiture of that session (no refund or reschedule).​

No-Shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice, that session is considered completed and non-refundable.

Session Format: You are responsible for ensuring stable internet connection and appropriate environment for online sessions.

Recording: Sessions may be recorded for quality and training purposes with your consent. You may not record sessions without explicit written permission.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership: All course materials, content, videos, worksheets, templates, resources, and consultation materials are the exclusive intellectual property of Apex Ventures and are protected by copyright laws.​

Limited License: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial use.​

Prohibited Uses: You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or resell any course content

  • Record, screenshot, or reproduce course materials

  • Share login credentials with others

  • Upload content to any file-sharing platform or website

  • Use content to create derivative works or competing products

  • Use course content to train AI models or machine learning systems​

Violation Consequences: Any violation of intellectual property rights will result in immediate termination of access, legal action, and liability for damages up to ₹5,00,000 plus legal fees.​
